Founded by Creative Director Alison Scorgie and Business Director Ana Fara, Superfutures blends agency polish with entrepreneurial agility. We’ve built in-house teams, launched global campaigns, and worked with powerhouse brands like Unilever, Adidas, Reckitt and L'Oréal. We’re proudly remote, radically efficient, and deeply collaborative — always making creative work that works.
ANA FARA
BUSINESS DIRECTOR
As a global citizen with over a decade of experience in both marketing and advertising, Ana is driven by a deep passion for building brands that not only succeed but also make a positive impact. Ana spent her time in global agencies, launching and relaunching brands from the ground up, with the main objective of amplifying their presence globally or tailoring local initiatives.
Over the past few years, Ana managed one of the most effective teams in Europe across 19 markets globally, and has recently driven significant growth for the main global in-house studio in London, part of a 24 markets ecosystem, for clients like Reckitt and Unilever, as former Global Senior Account Director.
Whether navigating change, driving innovation, or crafting compelling brand stories, Ana brings a creative, strategic mindset to every project and enjoy building stellar teams that are committed to deliver excellence for our clients.
ALISON SCORGIE
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Alison is a strategic Creative Director with extensive experience in editorial, entertainment and brand marketing gained in-house at Unilever leading a global team of 130 to agencies including BBH, Ogilvy, 72andSunny and We Are Social and has made content and shows for media including BBC, CBC, Channel 4, Vogue, i-D magazine and VICE.
Alison believes in culture-driven, data-backed, high-craft performance creative — she has a history of driving double-digit growth for global brands that has built community and shifted culture. Alison is also a writer-director and thought-leader for the future of storytelling combining her expertise in film, branding and AI to advance the power of story across any medium. Alison is also a global citizen having lived and worked in Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, London, Paris, Amsterdam & Geneva.
